Have a Town meeting tonight in an area where the number of COVID cases is increasing rapidly. Can the Town require masks and if so does the Town have to provide them?
Thanks as always for your input and knowledge.

Yes, they can require masks and no they don't have to provide them. The biggest issue seems to be enforcement. The Oklahoma Municipal Management Services has sample ordinances on their website at: https://www.okmms.org/covid19-resources
