Culture changes

Quins,

Everyone is expected to be at the pitch by 10 today. If you can't swing this for a LEGITIMATE reason, tell someone. We need to start making some cultural changes within the club, being on time and communicating are near the top of the list.  Being at training on time, EVERY TIME, is the next step. The coaching staff has stated they'd like to do more, higher level "stuff" at training, but can't because our turnout is so sporadic and unpredictable. Finally, preparing/practicing the game plan and making selections during the week is difficult when it is unknown who will be at training or available for the match. The days of repeatedly only making one training a week needs to end. It is time to dial-up the commitment level.

I don't mean to preach and I realize I am guilty of perpetuating some of these cultural no-nos. As of today, I commit myself to "walking the walk", please hold me to it and call me out if I step off the path.

All that stated, put on your game face and bring the wood today. SATURDAY'S A RUGBY DAY!

Cheers,
