Attached is the file of preliminary nominations in preparation for Friday's
Annual General Meeting. If I missed any, or if you'd like to nominate
yourself for something, please tell me.

If you are nominated for a position, please tell me if you would like to
stand for election/appointment for that position (and which position, as
some people are nominated for multiple positions), or if you wish to beg
off.

Nominees may opt to prepare a position statement (800 words would probably
be the maximum) explaining why they would be the right candidate for the
job if they wish. Candidates should have these statement turned in by
Thursday night.
