I can tell you that cats cannot be steered with one engine.
COMMENT
I can report that Crackerjack, a Maine Cat P-47 steers quite well with one engine running and the other freewheeling. Her beam is 18'2" ,(less than some other powercats) loaded displacement about 30,000lbs and LOA of 47'3" . The Garmin autopilot handles it well with one engine also. Very slow speed maneuvering is a bit tricky however.

Steering a PDQ on a single engine is no problem. As a matter of fact, if
you turn of an engine and go 6 knots, you can improve your fuel mileage to
8-10 nmpg. Docking must be done very slowly, but it is entirely doable.
