I am looking at the new 60 Section 176 I that goes into effect in November. It seems to remove all bidding requirements other that the Competitive Bidding Act requirements. I think I am missing something.

Attorneys in our office have been working on this issue for quite a while. In short, the language was proposed to help eliminate the inconsistencies between the Trust Act and the Competitive Bidding Act.
