I am looking at the new 60 Section 176 I that goes into effect in November. It seems to remove all bidding requirements other that the Competitive Bidding Act requirements. Hi Raymond,

Attorneys in our office have been working on this issue for quite a while. In short, the language was proposed to help eliminate the inconsistencies between the Trust Act and the Competitive Bidding Act.
