Hello Gators,Sorry for another e-mail today... But I wanted to let you know that we've been given the okay to reserve the two outdoor swim lanes for a Tri Swim class tomorrow (Wednesday) night between 6:30pm-7:30pm.  If you plan to participate, meet me at the outside pool shortly before 6:30pm.  We'll use the workout posted in Training Peaks (if we have access to kick boards and pull buoys; if not we'll improvise for those parts)...Warm up: 100 swim, 100 kick, 100 pull, 100 swimDrills: 400 instructor ledMain Set:10 x 100 fast (0:15 RI)500 pullCool Down: 200 easy pull

Kickboards and pull bouys are outside at the lifeguard shed.
