Hi Amy,

You may already have this one on your list but I?m currently reading ?Passionate and Pious: Religious Media and Black Women?s Sexuality? by Monique Moultrie. There is lots of discussion on online religious communities and some of the participants discuss leaving and or renegotiating their participation in faith communities online and offline.

All the best,
Apryl

Is anyone aware of research on online communities of people who have left religions, or who have left cults?

Thanks for your help!
