Gators: Training Opportunities for Week of 10/6-10/12

Hello Gators,Here is this week's schedule of planned workouts...Monday, 10/6, 10am-11am and 8:30pm-9:30pm: Tri Swim classTuesday, 10/7:6pm-6:30pm: Spring-Valley YMCA "Fall 5" 5K course preview group run on the Spring-Ford High School cross country course... NOTE: It's possible that a portion of the course will not be accessible... I'm currently checking with the high school's athletic director and if we are unable to access the course, we'll move this run to the Y at a later time (7:15pm-8:15pm) and I'll send out an update.8:30pm-9:30pm: Yoga at the YMCAWednesday, 10/8, 10am-11am and 8:30pm-9:30pm: Tri Swim classThursday, 10/9, 8pm-9:30pm: Bike trainers on the Y pool deckSaturday, 10/11: At the YMCA...7:10am-7:30am: Swim7:30am-9am: Bike trainers on the Y pool deck9am-9:30am (optional): RunSunday, 10/12: This isn't a planned club workout, but I'll mention it as a reminder... Spring-Valley YMCA "Fall 5" 5K (9:00am) and kid's 400 yard dash (8:40am)... Good way to get in your 15+ minutes of Gator Fitness Challenge running for the week!
