​​ ​ As part of Tacoma Art Museum's TAM Local: Community Art Shows, The CultureShock Collective <http://www.thecultureshockcollective.com/home> presents *Sea, Still, <http://www.thecultureshockcollective.com/exhibitions-projects/2018/4/11/sea-still> *a group exhibition highlighting API (Asian and Pacific Islander) artists in various media who create works which explore and reclaim ancestral memory, traditions and identity through their relationship and proximity to water. Reception will be held 5-8pm, with performances starting at 6pm. There will be music by DJ Press Play, live art by Molica Chau, and artist vendors with original works for sale.
