Subject: Draft Amicus Brief - DEADLINE TO JOIN IS TODAY - Student Visa/ICE Litigation

Good morning all,

I have attached the current draft of the amicus brief for your review and consideration. The brief is being filed by the City of LA and the City of Boston in support of Harvard and MIT's pending motion for a TRO.  Please forgive any typos; we will continue to review the brief tomorrow, but I wanted to get you something asap.

As a reminder, the deadline for jurisdictions to sign on is tonight (Sunday) at 7:00 pm PDT.  This is a hard deadline as the brief is being filed Monday morning.

If you have questions/comments, please do not hesitate to email us. Thank you to those of you who have already joined and thank you all again for your time and consideration, especially on such short notice.

All the best,
Mike Dundas
