No two places are ever exactly the same, just as the Trent is not the same
as the Rideau.

Try the Erie Canal. Ask Joe Pica and Sterling Kennedy. We'll be there this
summer.

Please provide some input : where to go in US, which has the charm, quality
of life and century old villages of the Rideau and Trent-Severn system ?

Certainly not the Mississippi. Tennessee River ?  Hudson ?
