Dear Vanessa,

I hope you received the message below.  As mentioned, we would like to use a photo
from a Theater on the Square performance in our new version of “Surprising Tacoma”.
We’ve already received permission from Symphony Tacoma, Tacoma Opera, and
Tacoma City Ballet, although they sent us better photos to use.  We also have photos
taken by Ed Coumou of a variety of other performance venues.  Please feel free to send
us an alternate photo if you would like, rather than the one pictured below.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hopefully you are well!

Elayne Vogel and Ed Coumou

Theater On The Square
915 Broadway, Tacoma, WA 98402

Dear Vanessa,

We are in the process of preparing the third edition of our full-color pictorial
book, “SURPRISING TACOMA” (a link to our previous edition is below).  We
would like to include Theater on the Square in the new book.  We are requesting
written permission to use the above photograph with identification and credit given
to Theater on the Square and the photographer if required.

The existing photos in the book were taken by Tacoma photographer/graphic designer
Ed Coumou.  We would be proud to represent Theater on the Square in the section,
“A Wide Variety of Performance Options”.

We hope to hear from you soon.  Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,

Elayne Vogel
vice president
