Hi Neighbors, we received this email on 4/4/23, as well as a copy via certified letter that I just opened today. This is not our property and I notified Wildwood as such on 4/4/23. They haven’t replied. Anyway, just wanted to share this in the event Wildwood claims they sent the notice to the property owner when they actually sent it to us. The pdf has a picture of the property in it for reference.
