Another boat in the over 40' category worth your consideration is the Manta
44 powercat. It's nearly half the price of the Cumberland, has a foot less
draft, and depending on engine choice, is likely more economical. I've heard
the factory is now offering seatrials to interested parties near their
Sarasota, FL plant. (Website: http://www.mantacatamarans.com/powercat.html )
If a flying bridge helm station is not an absolute must, this new design
appears to offer much appeal. I'm looking forward to hearing more feedback from
new owners. Any 44 PowerCat owners on this list?

Ben,
Have you given any thought to the Fountaine Pajot Cumberland 44? <snipped>
