Wednesday, June 25 - "Whoopee! It's Wednesday!" - Foss Waterway Seaport's Family Program Wow, what kind of creature is that? So Mr. Scuba Diver, what do you see when you're under the water? This Foss Waterway Seaport's "Whoopee! It's Wednesday!" will answer this question with a real life underwater exploration and marine life collection. Join us on the Seaport's docks for two hours with Diver, Tarin Todd. Tarin will start with a demonstration of how to put on his diving attire ...Now what is that for, Tarin? How heavy is that, Tarin? He will then descend into the depths of the Thea Foss Waterway in search of marine life, which he will bring to the surface. What fun to touch a sea star, a crab and so much more! Don't miss all the cool FACTS Seaport staff will share about each "critter", and listen to Tarin share his experiences while underwater. We will offer time for "belly biology "on the dock as part of this program! You will also have an opportunity to view the Seaport new scuba exhibit on display for the summer.
