Downtown Livability Initiative The city has initiated the public process for the Downtown Livability project, with a package of proposed changes to the land use code and design guidelines planned in 2013, and ultimate adoption in 2014. This is part of the Downtown Transporation Plan Update. Since Vuecrest is adjacent to downtown, this affects us all. Assessment for 2013 The 2013 assessment was approved by vote of the community at the 2012 Annual Meeting and will be $330 for the year. The assessment billing will go out around the end of this year, and is due by the end of January.
