Hello all, The city has threatened to exclude me from this list-serve for "political action". I have been strictly acting on the corporate plastic pollution issue caused by The News Tribune (the free plastic ad bags, not the newspaper). I am not lobbying for any political office. I am not supporting any candidates of any party or any office. It's sad and undemocratic to have the city government actively undermining citizen volunteers fighting for our environment. Corporate polluters win because our city government wills it so. They are subsidizing the News Tribune to the tune of 40,000 dollars each year just to dispose of the useless plastic trash. Citizens get the boot.
