Has anyone on the list done a C Trial on the Aero Cat? I got some information
including photos from the builders today, and they claimed that it was far
better than boat such as "Ranger Tugs, Tom Cat, Glacier Bay,". These are all
much different type boats.
One thing I didn't like on the 27 "trawler" was the very short aft deck,
completely open to the sea and engines. They claimed that in "4 to 6 foot
seas" (apparently at rest) that no water came over the aft deck.
In my opinion the Tom Cat has far more usuable room, including a good sized
cockpit, which has a proper transom.
Hopefully I can get up that way to sea trial one sometime in the next month.l

appropos of nothing....Maine Cat has new photos up on their website for first P-47 off the line. I think the interiors are semi-custom, so not sure if that is a standard config or not.
