I am posting for John. If the images do not make it through I will find a
place to put them where everyone has access.

Here is info from the seller of the 6M amps.  Bill says he has a fair

number left.  I ended up getting two amps, two shelf modules, and a section
of backplane.  Total with shipping was $720 for the guts of what should be
a loafs-at-legal-limit amp.

If you're interested, please contact Bill Heap directly.  He seems like a
very nice guy.

Hi John,

Channel 2 Amplifier: $250 per unit
Harris output RF cable -included
Plastic input/power connector** -included
** wire coming off power connector clipped - needs wiring rework
Repair kit for power connector wiring - included
Packaging/handling: $25 per shipment (1 or 2 units)
Shipping: At cost.  Please provide address for exact quote.  East coast
is approx $60 for up to 2 units.  West coast is approx $100 for up to 2
units.

Optional - Aluminum Module shelf (may be useful for your design or use
for fan assy ): $20
Recommended if you are buying 1 amplifier because there is no extra
shipping.  If you are purchasing 2 amplifiers there is no room for the
shelves and they must be shipped separating.  I have other aluminum as
well.  Let me know as your design comes together what you are looking for.
I could ship two shelves plus other aluminum pieces at a later time and
would price out those parts and shipping separately.

FYI

I purchased a TV transmitter directly from the government at auction and
saved the amplifiers and associated materials when I learned they could be
re-purposed.

Please note that I am not a ham radio operator  so I don't have all the
technical expertise regarding this product and it's application for use in
ham radio.  I do have an engineering degree in another field, but it won't
help much here.  Will try my best to answer any questions I can.

Below photo is one of the units.  I with send specific photos for the
specific unit(s) of an order before payment and shipping. They are all the
same effectively.

My number is 919-601-5933 <(919)%20601-5933>.  Feel free to call me or
email me with any questions.

Thank you!

Bill

Hi John,

I know that no good deed goes unpunished, and I'm sure your good deed
telling LWTG about the CH2/6M amplifiers is no exception. Seeing as Jim
was good enough to give us contact information, should we all just order
directly from Bill Heap? Was this what you've intended all along?

Bruce
