You must have been very good, Santa is coming!

Vuecrest Annual Meeting

The Budget Ratification Meeting was actually the best I’ve attended in Vuecrest. The proposed budget was thoroughly explained with clear structure and purposeful reasoning. Next month you can look forward to the annual President’s Report and Officer elections.

There was good attendance at the Annual Meeting, approximately forty-two Vuecrest residents were virtually present. Thank you for joining us. So many important topics were discussed at the meeting including upcoming Bellevue City growth impacting the neighborhood, a Vuecrest new construction report, community landscaping efforts and updates, introduction of new neighbors, and so much more. The new level of professionalism is very apparent and is serving our community well, good job Directors, Officers, Committee Chairs and Members. Thank you for taking Vuecrest to the next level! Your commitment, time, and effort is much appreciated.

Welcome New Directors, Thank you Alumni

Congratulations to our newly elected Directors, Stevie Bathiche and Neda Perrina. It’s so wonderful to have such quality people add their talents to the governing body of Vuecrest. Thank you for selflessly (there’s no big payoff, just friendship rewards) offering your time and dedication to our community. The retiring Directors are V Hsaio and Barbara Cosgriff, we have enjoyed having them on the board and will miss their valuable contributions.

V Hsaio jumped into the Director position not really knowing the scope of responsibility. She simply agreed to serve her community and always met her obligations despite having a very active family. Along with her Director duties, she managed the Vuecrest website. We could always count on V to have a balanced approach to every issue. She has the innate ability to get to the core of a challenge and provide logical, workable solutions. Her level outlook was always a tribute to the decision making process. V is simply great to be around, she always brought a sense of teamwork to the table.

Barbara Cosgriff handled her Directorship from many locations, and through many of life’s challenges tugging her in multiple directions. She served in the capacity of Treasurer and was a member of numerous committees always offering helpful input. Her quick summation of the issues would offer enlightened ideas and possibilities. Coming from a governmental background, it was great to have her structured concepts to keep us on the right track.

It Takes a Village

This is a great time to get involved with your community! There is always a place for your specific skill set or a place to learn something completely new. Would you like to Chair a committee, be a member of a committee, or assist with Secretarial duties? Send a quick email to Chris Bodiford. president@vuecrest.net mailto:president@vuecrest.net.  He’ll share all the opportunities with you, so you can determine your perfect fit. You’ll get to be part of a great team!

Recreational Vehicles in Vuecrest

In our neighborhood there are strict regulations regarding the storage of boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles. Storage is strictly limited to the inside of a garage per our CC&R’s. Loading and unloading of these vehicles is limited to a 72 hour time frame.
