The City of Auburn and the Auburn Arts Commission are pleased to present the work of the Filmon Kifle at the City Hall Gallery, on view February 20th - April 9th, 2020.

Painter Kifle creates work that can be "characterized chiefly by concentration on the general impression produced by realistic portraits, their sensation, feeling, and passion." The artist's work is expressive and painterly, seeking to create "the unexpected that gives a painting the quality of being special."
