The Oklahoma City Housing Authority is seeking proposals to provide general counsel legal services on an annual contract. The work requires a broad range of legal knowledge, with considerable overlap with the areas of law required in representing a municipality, including Open Meetings, Open Records, Public Competitive Bidding and other public contracts, and real estate, in addition to federal housing law and related funding.
