Documentation day is upon us!

We will be keeping track of the status of documentation on this page: http://wiki.collectionspace.org/display/UNRELEASED/Documentation+Tasks+1.11. Please use this page to assign documentation tasks to yourself. When you have reviewed or created a page, please drop it into the "To be reviewed" container or check it off in your own tasklist. Please collaborate over IRC/skype/email if you are unsure what is being requested or if you need some guidance from the developer that actually built the section you are working on. You are not limited to documenting your own layer!

If you need a model or template, please refer to this page: http://wiki.collectionspace.org/display/UNRELEASED/How+to+rename+a+field. If you have questions about what is needed, create a note on the page or a comment asking for more clarification.

If you feel that a page is duplicated, needs a title change, needs to be removed, etc. please note this and drag it into the "To be reviewed" container.

Please add a note to the top of the pages you work on with your name, the date, and any additional information needed before the page is complete.

**Implementors, you can help us by reviewing, revising, and asking the developers for clarification. Please do not be shy! This is your opportunity to get what you need.

If you encounter a page that you think is a duplicate, is obsolete, unnecessary, or just too hard to understand, please add a note to the top of the page explaining your reason and then add an appropriate review label to the page. We will use

• review_remove for pages that you are suggesting for removal/archival
• review_combine for pages that you think should be combined with another page (please link to the other page or pages in your note)
• review_simplify for pages that need review for usability/readability
• review_expand for pages that need more information to be useful
• review_split for pages that need to be split into multiple pages (please suggest titles for those pages in your note)
