  1. Reports by city/county/state and other muncipal arts leaders
  2. A SPECIAL PRESENTATION  on the LATEST statewide K-12 report by Lisa Jaret, Program Manager for the Washington State Arts Commission.  WSAC has JUST released a new publication:
    K-12 Arts Education:  Every Student, Every School, Every Yearhttp://capwiz.com/artsusa/wa/utr/0/?u=https://aeri.shtml. This booklet, part of WSAC's Arts Education Research Initiative (AERI), includes the results from a statewide survey to principals conducted during the 2008-2009 school year, as well as additional policy and research context, and strategies for improving K-12 arts education in Washington State. Very interesting findings to discuss. No matter what we do in our sector, it is our responsibility to know as much as possible about arts education in our state so we have facts and figures for effective advocacy. Bring your arts-ed related comments and questions.
  1. Information on current status of arts-related bills during the 2010 sesssion.  Feel free to share your Arts Day meeting stories.
