Brian, What a mistake on the part of Passagemaker magazine. A motorsailer certainly falls under the category of a powered passagemaker and I feel it is a design area that needs exploration, particularly in view of fuel prices today. The announcement was simply a paragraph in the for what it's worth section toward the front of the magazine. The design was done by a major advertiser, Nordhavn. Apparently it had never made it beyond the blueprint stage. I have talked to someone who has seen the interior of the design and thought that it had major flaws. Phil Eslinger
