Yesterday I borrowed the Fluke 189 from work and comparied it against my HP
3478A. Today, from another source, I borrowed a 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5 digit DMM
and checked them all against the VS330.
None of these DMMs have been calibrated in a while. On various ranges, all
of them showed either exactly what the VS330 was set to, or +/- 1 digit,
worst case. More evidence that my HP 3478A needs calibration, and that the
VS330 does not. I wish I knew someone with a 7 or 8 digit DMM.

You are very likely down in the noise/uncertainty of the VS330 itself, as
well. The LSD on these provides some resolution, but no accuracy. That is
true even of the much more accurate Fluke 332 and 335, as well.
