Hi all We live partway down Woodland Trace.  There appears to be a regular stream of water along the curb coming from the upper area.  I don't know if there is a problem or not but if you live near or in the cul de sac, you might want to see if you have pipes outside that are broken.  We know we have one and hope it has been temporarily fixed until a plumber can come. It may be melting snow but I can't tell Julia
