Anyone else experiencing an outage since the power went out today?

Ours flickered and the DVR had to reboot (which took about 5 minutes).
The odd thing is that we got a call from CPS saying that our power was
out and they are sending a crew to fix that ... of course, if our power
WAS out, our phones wouldn't have rung. ;-)
