Hi,
Chris Pott asked what record types need the collectionspace_core.refname field, and that is in fact a very good question. We're upgrading our PAHMA Anthropology deployment from v2.4 to v3.2, and we are writing SQL scripts to backfill this information. So we also need to know what record types need to have this information. I have assumed that the following are needed:
- collectionobject records
- procedure records
- records in instances of authorities (e.g., records in default person, org and so on)
But how about the following:
- authority records (the personauthority record itself)
- records in the vocabulary service (i.e., the term lists that users can manage in the Administration tab)
- blob records (on a blob record in demo, there is a collectionspace_core.refname that looks like "urn:cspace:core.collectionspace.org:blobs:id(1055e54c-9a09-4824-b157)")
- relationship records
Thanks,
Chris
