The MM statutes are a narrow exception to the OK Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act and did not amend the UCDSA. If they aren’t compliant with the MM statutes then they are drug dealers. Confirm with OMMA that no dispensary license has been issued (shouldn’t if they didn’t get a certificate of compliance from Town) then call the DA and get a search warrant and send the police on in.
