Yes, it was originally constructed in 1974, but the description states that new hulls were put under the cabin and recommissioned in 1995. So what year is it, really? I often see older boats that show both original build date and the date of a truly extensive refit. As always, the willingness to pay by someone who is not compelled to buy will eventually meet the price of someone who is not compelled to sell.
