Hello OpenSCAD,

I have been trying to use VSCode to build my OpenSCAD files using OpenSCAD by Antyos.  I like the highlighting and the auto completion of the braces and like.  I also installed OpenSCAD-format by Alex Eaton but every time I try to use it I get a message to install it.  What is crazy is that it worked once upon a time.  Then I closed the program and it doesn't work any more.  I get message "The 'openscad-format' command is not available. Please check your openscad-format.executable user setting and ensure it is installed."  This is on Windows 10.  Looking at the extension page that says I need to install the executable and takes me to a page that say it is available on NPM.  I am lost at that point.

I looked up NPM (node package manager for javascript.  I have the package.json file on my hard drive.  It says to install it using "$ npm install -g openscad-format" but I don't know where to put that.  Any help is appreciated (including "don't use that xxx thing" if you have a better alternative)
