So very tired.

Challenging night sailing with high winds.

Shout out to RC for getting all the races off.

A couple points:

According to SIs

"15.2 A boat that retires from a race must notify the race committee as soon
as possible."

A few boats did not notify the RC of withdrawing and received a DSQ.

While RC recommended wearing PFDs, X-flag was not flown and thus PFDs were
not required.

As usual, questions, corrections, comments and insults welcome.

Eric,  Thanks for your timely report.  Just for the record, if it matters, Carpathia did not enter the 13 July race.  I was taking my brother for a sail down memory lane on the TZ.  Thanks to everyone for putting on a great show.  Preston was duly impressed with the expansion of the NBC fleets, facilities, Snack Bar and the change in the level of racing over the past 15 yrs.
