Tuesday Evening Ride plus Yoga

Gators,
Weather looks good (mid-60's) for tomorrow evening's ride. Below is the format, Lady Gators please consider coming out, this session will be a great opportunity to get on your bike if you haven't done so already! I will be there to help anyone who is coming out for the first time this season, is new to riding or just needs some support to get back into the swing of things.
Tuesday evening - 6:15pm-7:45pm: Meet at the Pawlings Rd SRT parking lot (note the location) at 6:00pm for a 6:15pm prompt start.  The workout will include short bike intervals (zone 4 efforts) followed by a 30 minute run on the SRT.  This session will be individual, repeat efforts, from bottom of Pawlings to the Betzwood bridge (construction) and back. Get in as many repeats as possible (with some recovery time) within 50-60 minutes and pass Gators along the way! Take 5-10 minutes to transition bike to car and run for 30+ min (depending on daylight) at training pace. Be sure not to go too far out on the run so that you do not run out of daylight on the way back (may get in anywhere from 3-6 miles depending on pace). Yoga w/Maribeth - YMCA (upstairs studio 202) - 8:30 - 9:15 pm:- strengthen your core and relax your muscles...bring a mat! Maribeth- feel free to add on if you are doing anything special.
