Any idea what we have to do to get the same service two weeks in a row ??? Now today they supposed to take both trash and recycle in the same truck. The ones with the pickers on them so no driver has to get out.. Today they only took one of my three containers.. They are horrible and if they cannot do what they say we need to get someone that can get the job done.. How damn hard can it be to pick up the friggin trash ? Thanks, Have a Great day! I try to stay relatively quiet on these emails...but I have to agree, I’m ready to go back to the previous provider. (Tiger?) I appreciate the board’s attempt to save us some money, but this has been ridiculous and the service is horrible.
