Dear all, after years trying to find a good instructor for Cuban Salsa (Casino style) and Afro-Cuban Dance, we finally have found the PERFECT instructor! Takechi Ruiz, an accomplished professional dancer and instructor has moved to our area and will start teaching this coming week TWO regular classes at the TUPAC studio. In the flyer below, for one of the classes, you can register using the QR code.
When: Each Wednesday
Cuban Salsa (Casino): 6:00-7:00pm
Afro Cuban dance: 7:15-8:15pm
Fee: $20/each class (drop in fee, collected at the beginning of each class)
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes.
Partners? For Casino it is very encouraged indeed, although not mandatory. Casino is a partner dancing, so bring a friend or partner. If not we will partner with whoever is taking the class.
Ages? 12+
This is NOT TO BE MISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a dream to have this amazing dancer teaching us the real way Cubans have danced for centuries!
I will see you there!
Here is the flyer for the second class, but the QR code will allow you to register for either class. Payment will be collected at the studio, but your registration will allow us to know who is coming.
