The sun is shining on the Gator's playground!! Tonight's workout: Meet @ Longford Dog Park with ride time start of 6:15 pm. Route Option 1: SRT to Conshy & back - the usual time in the saddle, nothing too crazy fast, maybe a couple intervals to push the pace. Route Option 2: Head through VF Park to General Alexander for a few hills along the way, possibly continue onto this route for more road riding, depending on takers. Route Option 3: Head to SEI area, do 4-5 hill repeats, followed by a SRT ride to Norristown and back if time permits. Hope to see you all there!! Sun is out.. it's Gator Done Time!! Byron.
