Calling all artists: It is time to get creative and start working on your entries for the Proctor Arts Fest poster contest. Attached is the PDF detailing instructions as to submit your entry. Please read and follow carefully. The prize again is $500. Past winners are not eligible to enter. When submitting your entry, if you would please email me a copy of your JPG or PDF also, so we have double copies to ensure nothing is lost.
