Kelvin Klips

Does anyone have a reccomendation for (relatively inexpensive) Kelvin
Klips? (prefer <$50)

I've been looking for a pair of Pomona 5940s, but havn't found any except
new.

I really don't need the ultimate, but would like a solidly built set,
mainly for 4-terminal resistance measurements.

There are plenty of Chinese ones on eBay, but I've really no idea which
are good and which are trash.

I am open to a lead set as well, perhaps 4 wire plus a shield/ground with
loose bananna plugs on the meter end.

Thanks,

-John

I just got a pair of Muller BU-75K, they seem ok, but haven't really tested them out.

Available at DigiKey, Mouser, ebay. Range from $8-$18 depending.
