The Puget Sound Starts Here campaign is getting ready to launch phase 2, and is looking for stories to focus on. They'd like unique stories about individuals, businesses, groups, etc. are connected by Puget Sound. Connections could be ecological, recreational, cultural, economic, etc. They want to cast a wide net and capture unique stories from people that aren't at the forefront of the campaign.

If you know anyone that has an interesting story about being connected by Puget Sound (or the many watersheds that make up its basin), please go to http://pugetsoundstartshere.org/pssh-stories/ to fill out the short form about your story idea. If the person you're thinking of does not have internet access, please let me know and I will send you a hand-fill-in form. The deadline for 2013 stories is December 1, but they will take later submissions to be considered for 2014 stories.

Please feel free to pass on this opportunity far and wide. We'd like it to reach as many people as possible!

Cheers,
