I assume you are looking for someone on the municipal side?  George Freedman (405-844-9900) did the last 10th Circuit case I found (October 2022), but he represented the Water District and Mark Walker (405-235-7700) represented the developer.  The City of Oklahoma City was represented by the City Attorney's office.  David Weatherford (918-743-8355) represented Ada several years ago.  Those are the most recent cases I know of.
