Wash Smart: Protect the Puget Sound Video Contest
Use your creative talent to help protect the Puget Sound from pollution by
entering the Puget Sound Car Wash Association's "Wash Smart: Protect the
Puget Sound" Video Contest!
The Puget Sound Car Wash Association (PSCWA) is seeking entries from
students enrolled in a high school located in Tacoma, WA to help tell the
stories of how pollution to our waterways is caused by washing cars and
trucks irresponsibly.
The winner will receive a $500 cash prize, as well as video promotion on
YouTube, Puget Sound Car Wash Association and City of Tacoma websites.
PSCWA is a professional organization of car wash owners, and is a leader in
the effort to protect streams, lakes, and the Puget Sound from pollution
caused by washing cars and trucks.
Work individually or in teams to create your 1-3 minute video that educates
your community about car washing practices and their effect on Puget Sound
regional waterways.
Submission Deadline: Friday April 15, 2011 at 5:00pm
