Good morning! As I mentioned back in October, the Oklahoma Bar Journal has a planned theme issue on Municipal Law that will be coming out in November 2022. I've been tasked with serving as the editor for the issue which is why I'm reaching out with this call for articles. The deadline for submission is August 1, 2022. If you are interested in submitting an article for publication, start thinking about it and once you have a topic email me and let me know. This subject doesn't come around too often in the Bar Journal, so this is our opportunity to educate our fellow practitioners on the intricacies of what we do or to assist those who practice in the area. Here's my tip: if you have researched and written a brief or a memo on any particular municipal topic, that's a good place to start in order to expand it to an article! Roy D.
