Westport-Cockenoe Island but viewed from Compo Beach with a scope- The Common Terns have arrived and I have been watching them this morning put on a spectacular aerial show mostly over Cockenoe Island. I estimate at least 100 terns out there,an increase from a week ago when we had about 30. I also had 2 Least Terns yesterday afternoon feeding at the Sherwood Mill Pond so they may be trying to nest out there as well. Tina Green Westport Sent from my iPhone
