Tri Club: This Week's Workouts (June 29-July 4)

Hello Gators,Here's a brief overview of this week's workouts...Monday, 6/29:10am-11am: Tri Swim class (Maribeth filling in for Don S)8:30pm-9:30pm: Tri Swim workout (will be run as an uncoached group workout; Don M to review the workout prior to the start)Tuesday, 6/30:6:15pm-8:00pm: Tentative plan (weather dependent) is to do our usual outdoor bike/run kicking off from the Reynolds Dog Park in Oaks.  Workout to be led by Michelle or Don M.  Any changes will be communicated via Facebook and/or e-mail.8:30pm-9:30pm: Yoga (Maribeth)Wednesday, 7/1:10am-11am: Tri Swim workout (will be run as an uncoached group workout)8:30pm-9:30pm: Tri Swim class (Maribeth)Thursday, 7/2: Tentative plan (weather dependent) is to have a Tri Club outdoor bike workout led by Byron.  Details on location/start time/duration to be communicated via Facebook and/or e-mail.Saturday, 7/4: Outdoor bike / brick run workout led by Don M.  Will likely start at 6am, duration will be 6:00 (riding time), followed by 1:00 run.  Will include multiple loops in case anyone looking to completing shorter distances wants to jump in/out throughout the ride.  More details coming via Facebook and/or e-mail later in the week.
