If you, or someone you know are interested in a new 41 foot George Buehler Diesel Duck hull, I know where there is one which the yard will sell and complete in under 12 months for a very reasonable contract price. Title is clear. Upon signing a contract with the yard, a notarized statement will be provided to you stating that hull is yours, subject to the terms of the contract. If the boat is to be US flagged, one would apply to the National Vessel Documentation Center for a HIN # which the yard will weld somewhere on the boat in a location of your choosing. (They do provide this service but you need to call them. I do not believe this service is available via their web site.) There is a very good chance the boat can be finished and in the water in about 9 months after the contract is signed and the payment made. I have no information as to what price the yard will be willing to finish this hull. That would have to be negotiated between you and the yard. This yard is outside the USA so having this hull delivered to your back yard so you can finish it is probably not possible. For further info, please email.
