One of the cities I represent wants to get a definitive cost of services for utilities provided to residents, including, water, sewer, garbage collection, etc. They are considering circulating an RFP to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide cost-of-service, rate design and associated financial planning services. Wondering if any other mid-size OK communities have gone through this process? We have reviewed materials used by OKC and the OCWUT for a similar project, but their scope and budget were much greater than what this City has in mind. Any information will be appreciated.
