Group,

Town leases little league fields to youth organization. I was going to add language about verifications of not being a sex offender or violent offender under Title 57 O.S. Sec 589(B)(1). But, are coaches and other volunteers required to sign the verification statements? they are not employees of the Town. There are no employees of the Town only those "working" (mostly all volunteers) for the Little League organization.

The attached document includes disqualifiers for in our voluntary youth sports coaches. Probably wouldn't hurt to include language which requires the youth organization to adopt a similar policy and procedure. Rickey J.
