Was at lock 11, and the lock operator called a west bound boat to clear him
westbound on Sunday morning. It may have changed since then. The water was
down 3 feet between lock 9 and 8 on sunday, due to a log stuck in a dam
plate. They were waiting for a maintance crew.

There was a Notice To Mariners saying between Locks 12 and 14 the water
would be lowered, and then refilled Sunday. There has been a delay of some
kind. " Notice to Mariners: Mariners are advised that Erie Canal is
closed from Lock E-12 (Tribes Hill) to Lock E-14 (Canajoharie) until
further notice." Fred Tug 44
