Dear Listserve,

Community Services Register of Approved External Providers of
Psychological Services

I am writing to let you know about opportunities for Clinical
Psychologists to work with children and young people who are currently
in the care of Community Services in NSW.

When capacity in the Community Services Psychology Service is limited,
Community Services draws on private practitioners who are on the
Community Services Register of Approved External Providers of
Psychological Services.

We are continually updating this register and would like to hear from
Clinical Psychologists who are experienced in providing assessment or
therapeutic services for children and adolescents. Presentations are
generally complex and are commonly characterised by developmental trauma
and poor early attachment, abuse or neglect.

We are especially interested in hearing from Clinical Psychologists who
are able to provide services in Regional and Remote NSW.

The Guidelines and the Service Agreement for inclusion on the Register
of Approved External Providers are available to view online at the
Community Services website:

http://www.community.nsw.gov.au/docs_menu/about_us/careers.html

These documents are also attached to this email. For further information
please contact me on 02 9716 2705 or 02 9354 2352

Many thanks

John

Dr John McAloon

Manager Specialist Psychological Services

Level 9, 2 - 10 Wentworth St, Parramatta, NSW 2150
